Hi, I'm Neda Shilian, founder of Panty Fresh®.

Like many women, I've experienced those unexpected moments that can turn an ordinary day into an uncomfortable one. As a busy entrepreneur and single mother, I've learned that being prepared can make all the difference.

The inspiration for Emergency Panties® came during a trip through JFK Airport. While preparing for a long flight, I realized I desperately needed a fresh pair of underwear and a wipe. To my surprise, despite being in one of the busiest airports in the world, there wasn't a single place to purchase underwear.

With more than 10 hours of travel ahead of me, I couldn't stop thinking about how many women had likely found themselves in the same situation.

That experience sparked a simple question:

Why wasn't there a compact, convenient solution for life's unexpected moments?

From that question, Emergency Panties® was born.

I set out to create a discreet, travel-friendly kit that would provide women with everything they needed to feel refreshed, comfortable, and confident when the unexpected happens. Each kit includes premium-quality underwear, a fresh wipe, and a liner—all packaged in a compact, easy-to-carry format.

What began as a personal travel frustration quickly evolved into something much bigger.

Today, Panty Fresh® offers Emergency Panties® for women and Emergency Briefs® for men—compact On-The-Go Underwear Kits designed for travel, daily life, and unexpected situations.

Our products can be found in airports, hotels, resorts, cruise ships, hospital gift shops, military exchanges, vending locations, and retail stores across the country.
