SHIPPING:
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST to the U.S.?
- We provide Free Standard shipping on all U.S. Orders
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
- We ship all orders from our warehouse in New York to everywhere in the world including PO Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
HOW LONG SHOULD MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
For orders using Standard shipping:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
- US orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days.
- If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you if and when the item will be available.
Please note:
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are estimated to arrive within 7 business days.
- Orders shipped to Guam and APO/FPO addresses are estimated to arrive within 10 business days.
- During holidays, orders may take 1-3 business days to be processed before shipping.
- Once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- All other international orders have a flat rate of $18 per order.
- Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.
- We ship our packages via USPS and delivery can take to 2-3 weeks.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable if the package is refused.
- All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 weeks.
- All other international orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 6-10 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- Panty Fresh takes pride in being a quality brand, and having our customers best interest in mind. In order to protect the personal hygiene of our customers, OPENED Panty Fresh packages are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
- UNOPENED Panty Fresh boxes are eligible for Exchange within 14 days of you receiving the product, in unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them. If there is any reason our customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, we will gladly assist you by offering store credit for an exchange.
- Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
- Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please contact us at Returns@pantyfresh.com to obtain an return Authorization number before returning any products.
- Panty Fresh reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
